Background
Quadridox is an industry leader in sythetic X-ray data generation. With deep expertise in designing, building, testing, and simulating X-ray hardware, their QSim simulation suite of tools provides real-time analysis of predicted system performance. With this core technology in place, FellerTech was brought on board to help develop a solution to rapidly generate thousands of 3D models of packed luggage.
Impact
Simulated packed luggage datasets coupled with the X-ray simulation tools provide large datasets for training AI algorithms and personnel to recognize potential threats at the X-ray terminals in airports and other secured spaces. The rapid turn around in generating this data allows customers to validate system performance as part of the design process, leading to faster time to market.
